About Plebble

Who are we? We are brothers (James & Will Paterson) who co-founded Plebble.com in 2007.

Before that, we spent several years working in the City of London while developing business ideas and projects in our spare time. During that period we found that time and time again we and other people we spoke to were having problems with businesses or other services but felt powerless to do anything about it. Equally, when people received good service, there were very few ways to recognise that fact and say thank you...and it's a growing problem.

Plebble is our answer to this problem - from our previous experiences we realised that the internet presented a great opportunity to bring everyone's experiences together in one place, enabling them to share information with each other easily and, in so doing, making businesses more aware of and accountable for the levels of service that they provide.

...and so Plebble was born.
