Talk Talk customers out of contract
This autumn, hundreds of thousands of Talk Talk customers will come out of their 18 month contract and have the chance to move without penalty. According to a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Uswitch, 270,000 Talk Talk customers are still not satisfied with their service and could therefore leave.
