DPD charges £11.75 to have failed delivery re-delivered

According to the Mirror, if the delivery company DPD delivers a package and you are not there, they will redeliver it for free but it could be anytime Monday and Friday between 7.30am and 7.30pm. To secure a delivery before 10am on a weekday or on Saturday morning, it costs £11.75. So anyone who works seems stuck with the fee.
