Stations ordered to keep loos clean and provide tea
Following a 6 day tour of the UK's train network, the rail minister, Lord Adonis was disappointed at the inconsistency of facilities like toilets, bike stands and refreshments at major stations. He has announced that all new franchise agreements will include minimum standards for facilities at stations.
