No bail-outs for next failed bank

EU finance ministers are expected to warn today that the next bank to experience difficulties as a result of the ongoing credit crisis will not be bailed out. The move came after Northern Rock was loaned approximately £10 billion by the Bank of England to ease its credit concerns (covered in 'In the News' on 18 September 2007).
