John Lewis country's favourite retailer

According to a poll of 6,000 consumers, John Lewis is the country's favourite retailer. Also owned by the John Lewis Group, Waitrose came second. The poll was conducted by Verdict Research using the annual Consumer Satisfaction Index.

This is reflected by Plebble. Looking at large retailers, Waitrose is the highest performer with a plebble-rating™ of 3.77 and John Lewis came 4th with a plebble-rating™ of 2.91. HMV and Amazon.co.uk have the 2nd and 3rd spots with plebble-ratings™ of 3.66 and 3.17 respectively.
