Little Chef to be transformed by Heston Blumenthal
The struggling Little Chef road side restaurant chain is being transformed by three Michelin star chef Heston Blumenthal. Famous for his adventurous cooking and his Fat Duck restaurant in Berkshire, Heston Blumenthal will take one restaurant and work on changing the menu, interior design and quality of service. His concepts will then be implemented throughout Little Chef's 193 restaurants. Channel 4 will follow Heston Blumenthal's progress and will release a series in the summer.
