Poor products and services cost UK consumers £6.6 billion
Today the Office of Fair Trading published its Consumer Detriment Survey, which estimates the overall cost to UK consumers in the last year from poor products and services was £6.6 billion. The research highlights the telecommunications, domestic fuel and personal banking as the sectors with the highest proportion of problems.
