These are in the form of 'pay-as-you-go' and are to further help businesses improve their appearance, raise awareness and gather feedback.
On PlebbleStarter™ we give businesses the ability to respond. This is a great way of helping businesses and consumers communicate and engage with each other. Each response is posted live on the site and the rater concerned is notified when a reply has been made. This is very powerful for businesses as it gives them an opportunity to turn a negative comment into a positive outcome.
