O2 and Carphone Warehouse sell out of iPhones

The sole UK retailers of Apple's iPhone (O2 and Carphone Warehouse) have sold out. This comes as Apple is due to launch its upgraded 3G version in the summer and prices for the original 2G version were cut by £100 (as reported 'In the News' 16 April 2008).
