Businesses losing faith in Royal Mail

A study by the British Chambers of Commerce, conducted for The Times, has found that 60% of businesses believe the Royal Mail is not a 'professional, efficient organisation to do business with' and 55% said that it is less reliable than it was five years ago. This comes as an independent report released last week and reported 'In the News' said that competition from the private sector has led to 'a substantial threat to Royal Mail's financial stability'.
