Consumer happiness continues to fall in May 2008

Plebble's Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is out for May. It shows that 'Net Happiness' continues to fall. Independent shops and retailers remain the top performing sector on Plebble as does train operators for the worst performing sector. Amazon.co.uk was the highest climber in Plebble's best performing brands, up to position 15. The biggest faller for the worst performers was NPower, at position 9.
