Shell fuel delivery drivers go on 4 day strike over pay
From 6am today for 4 days Shell fuel delivery drivers are holding a strike over pay. The Unite union who represent the 641 Shell drivers say they are paid the same now as they were in 1992. The strike will effect 10% (900) fuel stations across the UK, which has prompted fears of fuel shortages and panic buying.
