BA premium class passengers to pay higher surcharges
British Airways (BA) has increased fuel surcharges for travellers in its premium classes. This is the first time BA has introduced different surcharges for different classes. On a one-way long haul flight (longer than 9 hours), an economy passenger pays £109 surcharge, a World Traveller Plus passenger pays £121 and Club World and First Class passengers pay £133. BA last raised surcharges in May (reported 'In the News').
