Vodafone to invest millions to boost face-to-face customer service

Mobile phone network provider Vodafone (which currently has a Plebble-rating of -1.83) is to open 50 new shops and hire 500 more staff in a bid to improve its face-to-face customer service. The move, which is expected to cost Vodafone many millions of pounds, is intended to ensure that all Vodafone customers and potential customers can speak face to face to a retail adviser at a town near them.
