BBC's Watchdog investigates baby brand, Two Left Feet

Last night, BBC1's consumer affairs programme, Watchdog, described its findings after looking into the affairs of the supplier of baby goods, Two Left Feet. Over 500 customers contacted Watchdog in the last 6 months to complain about missing orders, failure to issue refunds and general difficulties resolving customer service issues.

The BBC identified problems with stock management and a lack of focus on customer service, which the Two Left Feet management undertook to resolve and issued a full apology.
