"Prime" is a consistently great service and we find that Amazon is often less expensive than many other retailers. Plus, excellent customer service.

I've used amazon many times and am very happy with their service. Goods are always well packed and they keep you up to date on your order with regular emails. When I have occasionally needed to speak to their customer services they have always sorted my problem out first time. Prices are not always the absolute cheapest but they are usually not far off, and the little bit extra is worth it to know your goods will be well packaged and you will be kept up to date.
