This company was recommended to me by my insurance company (though I was footing the bill). Their quote was extremely high (£700) but I wanted to sort out permanently a recurring problem (leaky roof light). The job was done quickly and, apparently, efficiently, though I was surprised by the actual work: it seemed to be very cheap for what I had paid (a rubber seal with silicone). I had a one-year warranty. The repair lasted 6 months. When I contacted them, I was told that it had always been agreed that this was a 'temporary' repair (for £700!!!) and that there was no guarantee
