Purchased a property through them. Had problems and informed them. Did not carry out work. Asked NHBC to investigate the claim who found in our favour. They asked Bermac to carry out the works. However they failed to do so, so works will be undertaken by the NHBC. Poor workmanship overall with poor service standards. So take your chances...
