I fell for their scam the first time #45 then it downed; why shouldn't they just pay for the call instead of promising to refund- never got the promised refund instead incured another bill trying to claim the refund. 10 months later they wrote me as if they were another company, same story same scam. Why does the FSA allow such companies to operate??

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) licenses companies like this. Talk to Consumer Direct (jointly run by Trading Standards and the OFT) to get advice on what you can do to try to get your money back and how you can report your experiences. Consumer Direct's telephone number is 08454 040506 - the advice is free and calls cost no more than 4p a minute from a BT landline. The more people who report these companies, the more likely the OFT will investigate and may do something.

Have been contacted twice in the last twelve months so have had alot of dealings with this company. They are quick to get your money by promising to get a loan. But so far I have only had one offer of a loan from FLM, even though I told cfd that I would not be able to get a garantor. They must be raking it in as they seem to not supply what they promise.

I aggree these people are scammers... I gave them my pre-paid debt card details and then forgot to top-up... But they still kept sending me companies who could provide me a loan... It was a good thing I did not pay them their fee as all they provide was FLM, Provident, LogBook Loans, Debt Consolidation and PayDay Loans. They are rubbish, it has now been 2 months and I still not had a refund of the £41 I paid in telephone charges. I have now logged a complaint to try and get the money.

THANK GOD FOR THIS SITE, I'm so glad I checked up on this companys reputation and found this site, all these peoples comments have saved me being taken in & saved me money that we can all ill afford to lose, thankyou to all the reviews, I'll plod on without getting into more debt & make do until I fin a reputable company to get a loan from. I checked because I got ripped off a few months with an admin charge of £49 to a company that never found me a loan that was promised, I think it was Yes loans on the Net. Once bitten twice shy thankfully. x

Just had a letter from Horizon Finance, to my address but with someone elses name. Odd as we've had the house from new I thought. Called them up, to be told this number cost £1.50 a minute! Eeek! Now I have their Manchester number, I'll be able to get to the bottom of this... am I being scammed or is someone up to id fraud....

Charges premium rate numbers to make promises they don't keep.Instead of a loan you are left with a massive phone bill.Although they state you can be reimbursed if you send your origional phone bill to a freepost address.But i am struggling to find anyone as yet who has got their refund. GOOD POINTS.They prey on people who are struggling financially. BAD POINTS.They have no good points

Rip off merchants, cost us £45 in phone calls. Then they messed up the application and never reyturned my calls. STAY WELL CLEAR. REPORTING TO FSA.

Part of several companies in the Stockport /Sale area who fleece £49 off you and then try and tell you ,you are in debt! We only asked for a loan at favourable rates. We shall stick to the banks from now on.
