I was worried about coming off my 2yr fixed deal and onto a new higher rate and expected to have to remortgage and shop around to get the best deal. However to my suprise C&G (my existing provider) was the most flexible and competitive. Changing deals was quick and easy, helped by friendly staff. This is one company that seems to look after its existing customers.
