just sent these people a notice, with what fees you will be charging, they soon will go away. you get the balife on the balift. you send a letter in the post with your turms, they will never respond, so then you send a bill, they will not respond, then you go to small clams court, this will cost you 12.50 then the court will chase them and then they will get the balifts around to them. i hope this helps go to www.tpuc.org

this company is rude and aggressive on the telephone. They ended their called with 'Are you going to f**king pay? Or I'll send someone around to get stuff? Or I could just see you in court' All this because I dared to ask why they were writing to me and what the supposed debt was for!!! A bunch of cowboys whom I've reported to the FSA, OFT, TS and anyone else who would listen!! People like this shouldnt be allowed in business.

This company recently contacted me allegedly collecting a debt for Powergen. As I do not owe Powergen anything I ignored their numerous texts and phone calls. Today, they rang me on my mobile at work and when I explained that the last time I was with Powergen was approx 11 years ago and that I most definitely do not owe them any money, the 12 year old girl I was speaking to said "Fine - we'll see you in court" and hung up on me. I then rang back to speak to a manager and was asked by another 12 year old (boy this time) - "what's the call about only the manager only takes important calls"! When I said it was a complaint he replied "we only take complaints in writing". At this point I thanked him and put the phone down - there's no reasoning with ignorance! Mickie Mouse company or what!

This company is inefficient, fails to answer letters and refuses to apologise for its own mistaken accusations of an unpaid parking fine. It's opening letter is a threat of court action.

I agree! They have been trying to get Powergen money from me since about September 2008 and gave up last month. They were the fourth DCA that Powergen, now Eon, have used! Eon have told me by email that they will keep trying, good luck I said to them!

They have also been trying to get powergen money from me from around 2001 by stalking me with letters,texts and phonecalls threatening court action.I've always had a pre-payment meter so can't owe them any money.The amount seems to be getting larger all the time.can't get them to listen they just want money I don't even owe them!
