I hired the same car over two successive months, the second time they charged me for a supposedly damaged tyre which they could not produce and £60 (38 litres of fuel) for driving 97 miles in a Renault 1.6 litre car!! The previous month they charged me only £25 for driving 78 miles - so the second time a charge of 1 litre per 1.15 mile!! I have not recieved any response to 4 e-mails sent to their (and I say this with with a cynical approach) 'customer services department' what a joke!!
