Website for providing reference information has loads of flaws (for example, the nationality list has entries for "Dutch", "Dutchman" "Dutchwoman" and "Netherlander" as well as "Icelander", two "Irish" entries and a "Northern Irish". These are just a few examples) and happily transmits all your confidential information over the internet without encryption. Not to mention the fact that it is so inflexible it cannot take into account anyone's circumstances if they do not fit into their profile (i.e. my boss does not have a landline phone so he can't provide his details.) They really should also check their terms and conditions as well considering it has multiple spelling mistakes.
