Totally misleading advertisment. An iPod classic for £17.99 was probably too good to be true, but when it said a saving of £197.00, we gave it a try An iPod case was delivered, if HMV are selling a case for in excess of £200, what are they charging for an iPOd!!!!

Continued good value but three recent online orders they could not ship because of stock availability issues Like the site lots and cheaper than amazon on postage but there are a few limitations

To my surprise HMV significantly undercut Amazon on a boxed set of The Sopranos. Not only that, but my order was despatched 35 minutes after being placed and arrived on their 'standard' delivery option just three days later. Exceptional price and service and therefore highly recommended.

Much comment this week about the rights and wrongs of their Tax Free offshore operation, but hey they are matching the download sites on price and giving you a CD you can hold as well. Also if you have a problem online you can ring ip and speak to someone, unlike the likes of iTunes that clearly like customers so long as they dont have to talk to any. HMV feel like a retailer that has found its feet and this is good for music. The day music retail dies will be a sad day for the high street
