Just put in 2 orders for new baby stuff. Couldn't believe it when both were delivered within 48 hours. Very happy.

I was excited when this store opened just after having my son, now 17 months. But now the excitement has worn off and I am loath to shop there! We have found that things are never priced properly. there are never enough staff on, the staff we have asked assistance from don't know what they are doing and the queue at the till is always too long. Yesterday there was a queue of 4 people, while one young girl served, 2 older woman had a conversation behind the till and another scanned items. You would think that at least one of them would have helped. The till then broke when I was returning items and still no-one stepped in to help the girl who had to leave the desk to search for a price. The staff seem completely ignorant to the fact they are there to serve and not to gossip. Will only use if I receive gifts from there and have to return them.

Very poor service at returns/queries desk. Long waits are not what you need when you have small children.
