On the 16th of January 2010 I purchased a mobile phone a 24 month contract, phone number 07772624871 my name is Mrs. Susan Dawes I wish to make a formal complaint, my monthly charge is £25 excluding V.A.T. From the 14th of February 2010 I have no or a limited service as I in the B24 area, on numerous occasions I have contacted your customer services department to request a reduction on my bill for the month of March 2010.

I feel greatly dissapointed in the service I have received from Orange as this is the first contract phone I have had I never reneged on my part of the contract so I hope you will fulfil your part honourably.

I hope this can be resolved without me having to contact trading standards as this has been an on going problem which you have not had the common courtesy to inform your customers you may contact me via my phone number which was provided in the previous paragraphs, I expect a prompt response.

Thank you Mrs.Susan Dawes.
