Further to my recent posting, it looks as if Parklet have taken my feedback on board. The correspondence around my most recent rental is very clear around charges.

Do not use them, waited ages for my rental monies to be paid, tenant left the space and they don't want to do anything for the money they charge. Communication is a major issue and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

I have done two rentals via parklet. The second of these they quite misled me on the amount I would receive as they phoned me to say they had an offer and quoted a price per week before their charges but failed to mention charges would apply. This meant that I've really received a lot less than I had anticipated and when I challenged them which I did as soon as I received the paperwork they were thoroughly unhelpful.
