This must be the worst Sainsbury in the country. The staff are fine but the whole experience of shopping there is awful. It is shoddy, dirty, and I try to avoid it. Aisles are stacked with items to the point where I think the HSE brigade should take a look. there is no way that people could evacuate in a hurry. I perfect example of how Sainbury greed comes before customer wellbeing.

My local Sainsbury seems to be going out of its way to make shopping an unpleasant experience. They have recently introduced "self service" tills to replace the old "10 items or less" aisles, and most of the ordinary tills too. The self service tills are unusable as far as I can see. Today I was told my own bags were "too heavy"... The process isn't intuitive, and the systems semed designed to obstruct rather than hinder. I gave up and joined the ncreasingly long queues at the remaininng conventional tills to buy my single item. Judging by the long queues and the empty self service tills, I'm not the only one.

Very Friendly Staff. Welcoming store with everyone always happy to help. Largest range of clothes I have seen in Sainsbury's Before, overall large range stockings.

Reasonable value, hard to spend £50 whereas Waitrose is a better but far more expensive shopping experience. I'm particularly inpressed by the Taste The Difference fruit & veg which are sometimes better than Waitrose fruit & veg

Not the cheapest with everything, but the home delivery service is time saving & very good and the drivers polite & friendly. Quality of items bought has always been good & the staff are always helpful.

I used Sainsburys online shopping on four different occasions and on all four occasions their service was sub-standard, for those not in the know, you pay to have groceries to be delivered in a certain time slot on two occassions groceries were deliverted over 30 minutes to be fair they call and tell you in advance, but at that point you have no choice either you re-arange your day or you get no goreceries, in addiition on all but one occasion items were missing from the shopping.

I bought a winebox and didn't like the wine. They repliedto my email within hours and credited more than I paid to my Nectar card. Superb service. We're almost always satisfied with their products
