Can't fault the sales and surveying services but there team of fitters were atrocious. They have never heard the words health and safety. The fitter cut himself whilst busily smashing the windows and frames out. they left muddy footprints on our furniture, ruined a bed sheet with sealant and managed to leave chunks of broken glass in every room including those which had not had windows fitted!!! The aftercare to my written complaint was just as bad with them basically classing an answermachine message saying they would call again as sufficient response. It took us 3 hours to clean up after them and their customer services suggested the best way to have dealt with the glass would have been to leave it and then call for them to send someone out the next day. They give the impression they don't care
