Poorly structured service with at least four different correspondents who continually ignore requests. Unable to speak to them directly - only access through call centre (expensive, 75p a minute for internet queries) They pass on third party charges such as BT engineering work without checking if such work has been done correctly. Cheap but beware you get what you pay for!
