is this the vvantis dealing with breakaway if so is the land still the property oof john jayne and breakway spain or is the proptery of vantis whom should be selling it on behalf of the clients(NOT JJ) TO GET SOME MONEY BACK

Our understanding is that the fact that John Jayne is also the director of Breakaway Spain has no bearing. Breakaway Spain is a separate company which owes a debt to Breakaway Homes. Vantis will be chasing this debt in the same way as they'd chase any other company. How much leverage they have will probably depend on the loan agreement between Breakaway Homes and Breakaway Spain. It is our understanding that Mr Jayne supports the land sale, so it here's hoping it all happens as Vantis plans.
