Axis Telecom offer an absolutely fantastic service, I've made some great savings over the eyars and I'd highly recommend there service to anyone. They answer first time on the phone, beat other competitors offers and offer free calls to most international countries. Give axis a chnace, they are really good!!

please have a look at the OFCOM website, particularly the ruling of January this year rearding their investigation into Axis - Axis are not allowed to charge the termination fee they are threatening you with - they are just chancing their luck to hope you either pay it or stay with them....

I joined Axis Oct 2008, hoping for my bills to drop considerably. Unfortunately my bills have increased considerably. When I signed up over the phone they spoke of bills of just £15/month, and said that I wasn't tied in to any contract, unfortunately I believed them and didn't read the small print. Now when the bill arrives it includes additional payment for "services", call diversion, waiting and display and these hidden costs raise the bill by about £6/month. Have recently gone to another phone provider, and have recieved a letter from Axis threatening me with a possible £410 termination fee. So looks like I'll be paying over the odds for another 5 months. I wouldn't recommend Axis to friends.

We recently signed up to Axis Telecom in late 2008, since then I have been rather unimpressed by the company & services they offer. Axis Telecom include free 8MB broadband in their standard telephone package which I thought was great value until you peel back the layers in the monthly bill, which includes all sorts of hidden charges. I started using the Axis Internet service in November 2008. And I have to say it is the worst internet experience I have ever had, (having been with over 4 ISP's previously). Using Axis internet I was experiencing a ridiculous amount of downtime & constant resetting of the crappy modem they sent out. I was told by their sales team (at a cost of around £10, for the extausionate phone call) that there was no download capping on the Axis broadband service and yet whenever I tried downloading anything the modem simply cut out as if it had exceeded it's monthly limit or simply could not handle the pretty small download speeds. I would seriously recommend that if you are thinking of changing your Telephone or Internet Service provider for whatever reason, do not choose Axis Telecom! Rant Over.

Broadband speeds have fallen drastically. I am on their "up to 8mb service" but often only get o.4 (or less) of 1mb. I have sent 2 recorded delivery letters asking for my MAC No. and they have ignored me. I have complained about the service via email. Ignored! I have asked for MAC No. via email. Ignored! I have now contacted Ofcom who are contacting Axis Telecom's managers. Am waiting for a reply as at 11/11/08.
