No customer service or technical support. Email service has never worked properly (many emails lost over recent months) and no response to support queries, EVER!

I had Bulldog for too long - never worked properly - no customer service and they finally took me to debt collection as i wouldn't pay their bill - i did - and vowed to give them negative publicity - KEEP WELL AWAY - for all their faults BT will do something - Bulldog are not interested in THEIR problems - be warned!

The most awful service i have ever had for any product ever. Did not work. It took 6 months to cut it off and then a further 6 to stop them taking the direct debit. Useless helpline and sales team. Completely ineffective. I reported them to Ofcom as i felt that strongly about it.
