From a user's perspective this is a great company The trouble is someone has to pay for it!

From an advertisrs perscpective things are a little different - we spend £100'000's of thousands of pounds per annum on Google Pay Per Click ads and find them a faceless, arrrogant a "typlcal large company" where no one takes ownership of any issues and you get pushed from one email contact to another. I know of no other business where a customer spends so much and gets so little in terms of relationship managment and support. Whilst its a good "user" experience it retailers like ourselves that are generating the $6 billion of revenue per quarter for Google its just a shame we don't get, in my opinion anyway, value for it

great, one couldnt imagine it not being there, but it's like oxygen - one can't really rate it, one just expects it to be around.

Google is great. It is still quirky and who can blame them for getting more commercial. For searching they are extremely good value. I would not advertise on them via sponsored llinks as you can blow a lot of money for little return.

Until recently I didnt realise how biased google is with searches. What used to be a quirky company with great values has become too big for it's boots
