I sued them and they paid my full demand out of court. Some customers they settle with, others they see them in court and lose. They claim to have won two small claims court cases but haven't come up with any proof.

i've been caught out by this company. suggest that anyone buying anything off the internet should google the company to see what has been said about them. i would have not bought from this outfit if i had known how they treat people. they have been in the press loads of times including the mirror and times. none of it was good about them. AVOID!!!

Very poor attitude towards former customers. Very poor customer service, not at all interested. Very aggressive approach. I only lost £19.95 which in the end the bank refunded. Apparently some folk have lost hundreds of pounds. They might be operating legally but certainly not morally.

It is disappointing that this company continue to operate in his manner. There are various laws that suggest this company is operating the membership unfairly. There is also building evidence that the company threatens legal action but then discontinues it at the last moment. There are also reports of former customers succesfully recovering funds through small claims court - some go all the way to court and some are settled out of court just before the hearing. Best advice is to contact New Law solicitors in Cardiff - last I heard they were acting on behalf of 300+ people in an attempt to recover funds. New Law do the work on a no win no fee basis - so what have you got to lose?

I ordered lots of itmes for Christmas and waited 10 days and only 1 item had arrived. I called and they told me i should have verified my email account (helps if you tell me when ordering). I was then informed that now they were sure it's me they will send items out. I waited quite a few days and still nothing arrived. I called them again and they told me it had been despatched. I asked for a tracking number but they told me they did not have one. So i called bacl later that day to be told they did't know where the parcel was so they would re-send it. Alas still nothing arrived so i called again and was told again that they would send out another parcel. The parcel arrived christmas eve when i was at work. I had to go to my DHL office and pick parcel up. It was so late by this stage that i could not give out most of the presents. I got home with the parcel to find only half the stuff i ordered!. I emailed them and called them but to no avail. I finally got through at the begining of Jan and had to explain everything again. They sent some of the stuff owing but i am still waiting for a refund for stuff that is no longer in stock Redsave is a useless company with very bad customer service!
