Rude staff. Money-grabbing management. Insulting and abusive culture (see their comments about Stena Line). Inflate fares by adding non-optional extras (like checking-in!). I despise them.

Micheal O'Leary SUCKS, now he is trying to counter further empty seats, suggesting Mexican Swine flu outbreak : "Ryanair boss says swine flu only a risk for 'slumdwellers' " O'Leary is clearly not fit to head an airline never mind the flying joke that is Ryanair!

I found Ryanair staff at Dublin airport to be rude and extremely unhelpful. Not explaining things properly and basically just very poor. The price you pay when you book online might be cheaper than the others but then that is not the actual price you pay, they get extra money off you whenever and wherever they can. In particular the ticket sales desk staff in Dublin were disgustingly rude and I will never fly with them again as it is completely uncalled for and unnecessary.

I am disgusted by the number of hidden charges that Ryanair throws at you after tempting you with amazing rates. They are now charging 5£ credit card charge PER PERSON PER FLIGHT!!! WHY?? It's ONE TRANSACTION!!!!!!!! To book a flight for me an my girlfriend I had to spend 20£ extra, and there is no alternative, so they should not be allowed to say that the cost of the flight is X if the minimum payable is X+20£. SHAME ON RYANAIR. I am appalled, disgusted, outraged.

Ryanair claim to be a cheap airline, but by the time you've added all the extras they are quite often uncompetitive. And that is even on a £10 advertised fare. I heard Michael O'Leary say on BBC News this morning that they are even considering charging passengers for going to the loo!

'You get what you pay for'. Or perhaps not in Ryanair's case. Their advertised fares are a complete farce. By the time you have added on booking fees, baggage fees, airport checking fees and credit/debit card fees the flight become expensive. It's worthwhile checking elsewhere as Ryanair is rarely the cheap often and it certainly doesn't offer quality service to back up the price.

Checked in with 3 bags. One 15kg one 18kg and one 12kg. Made me upack the contents of 18kg bag and but force stuff into the 12kg bag. Just what you need getting all your stuff out in an airport terminal - then asked if anyone has had chance to interfere with it.

Shocking website experience charged £32 booking fee to pay on any type of card. Including Ryan Air Credit Card. £4 per person per flight, flight started of as £80 for 4 flights to prague ended at £176 after adding 2 bags, checkin and booking fee. No problem with the price but the whole experience was poor as the price quoted more than doubled.
