I am one of the lucky ones who actually received my order in full but only after waiting for months and with many phone calls and emails to rude staff members. Very stressful for expecting parents! I feel really sorry for all those who won't now receive the orders they've paid for but can't say the administration is a surprise as they were a truely rubbish company!

Thousands of people have placed orders with this company in the last year but have received no goods or had their money refunded. After sales service is non existent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BOGUS.

I am still waiting for my baggy to be delivered 12 weeks after ordering! The furniture that was delivered was damaged and also very delayed in delivery! You cannot contact them by telephone to find out where your goods are and staff and extremely rude and unhelpful! Would avoid this company at al costs - not that much cheaper either!

Major disapointing experience. First they told us the items we wanted to order were in stock. We pre paid them and after hassling them when deliveyr was overdue, they told us the items were in fact out of stock...we claimed our money for weeks until we decided to fiel a claim through money claim online. What we have found unacceptable is that you can only reach the customer service for after sales issues by email, you have no other option. Be warned and do not use this company!

Further to my previous post about no refund following 30 days, I filed a claim via the small claims court (via moneyclaimonline). almost immediately i received an email from 2 left feet saying terribly sorry for the oversight and inconvenience they'd refund asap. i didn't believe them so let the claim run. Glad i did as no asap refund occurred only after the maximum allowable time did a cheque and weak apolgy arrive together with the court papers. i guess this isn't their first time either so if you want a refund after you 30 days, post cancellation, has expeired my suggestion is make a claim (against two RIGHT feet Ltd, who they trade under or it won't work!), it is very easy, costs £25 (which they have to pay back) and takes about 3 weeks. Good luck

ordered a car seat in June 08 - still not here - now march 09. staff would not allow me to speak to anyone on the phone, once they had our cash. have been promised a refund numerous times, but not received that either. now using HMC services to take to court for refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I was forced to cancel my order as Two Left Feet were either unwilling or unable to supply the maclaren pram I was after as the price quote on their website - despite having debitted my money first!! The following week I ordered the same items from another website and received the goods within one week. As they have no post sales telephone service I had to email my cancellation request, which took one week to receive a reply confirmation. Their response: "Your order has been cancelled and a refund will be processed within a period not exceeding 30 days from date of cancellation (19/01/09) in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as stated within our terms and conditions." This is totally disgraceful behaviour, given this technological age there can be no justifiable reason it can take up to 30 days to issue a card credit, when it takes relatively no time to take a debit. While they are enjoying the interest on my money I had to incur the same cost again on my card, which has to be paid off during the time it takes to receive the refund otherwise I am subject to high interest charges. Fine behavior in this financial climate, and obviously the company is money and sales focussed by not providing any real aftersales service. The only option I have is email and they are being ignored! 40 days on - still no refund. Hate 2Lft - avoid at all costs.

delivery over due, cancelled order still awaiting refund (way over 30 day max fo rdistance selling) Zero After sales, email only and so far completely ignored. feels like theft so far,
