Plebble

Fantastic! We were ripped off by an energy company and I put them on Plebble. The responded to my comments and have just agreed to refund £400! Many of the larger companies dont care if they lose you as a customer but its a different story when you can broadcast how you've been treated by them. Thanks guys.

My new Plebble brouser toolbar is so innovative and informative. It is really interesting to see the halo or devil motif pop up whenever I access a website and to read customer feedback for that business. It definitely informs my decision as to whether or not to order something from that company. Thanks for another great product, Plebble.

This site is fundementally flawed yet originally a good idea until you realise how every organisation programmed as reason for causing problem and non resolution the structure of administration the Call Centre run by biased accountants ripping off brainwashing employees. There are no longer Head Office or Managing directors , Trading Standards or Government since deregulation [ they too copy call centre with regulators too funded by the organisations regulating like Police and Press. With tradingf Standard not contactable . Help .Sainsburys did contact me but was the Call centre passing on to oblivion surely they must knoe that . It is like Fix my St Pledgebank petitions that noone reads or takes up run by My Society where do they send the poroblems the LAs causing the problem setting you up as a vexatious litigant.

I'm enormously impressed at the speed Plebble responded to my finding one of its entries was a business which has ceased operating. Come to think of it I suppose it could not have done better since it relies on us giving feedback- MichaelWoodGreen

It gave me the full details including phone numbers of a business (Homeglaze(UK)Ltd whose phone numbers give the same message:"The number you have dialled has not been recognised." Surely Plebble should say it's gone out of business.

i think plebble should take an active roll to make sure that all the informatyion provided by these companies are acurate and kept upto adte.

A really useful addition to aid my online shopping experience. I'd suggest to improve that it be able to detect subsites e.g. download.adobe.com and match this to the ratings for the parent site www.adobe.com.
