I thought I would give a bit of support for poor old BOS. I use their business banking services and I have always found their service to be top notch. Their staff are super friendly and efficient. I hope they and their great service remains with the Lloyds merger.

Immaculate service. Competitive rates, but not great vfm because all business banking charges are too high.

As a small business my overall experience with BoS's business banking is good. I have had some minor issues, however I found it easy to get hold of the manager and these issues were resolved quickly.
