I have never in my life experienced such diabolical customer service. There are no words to express my disgust and frustration at the lack of accountability this company displays. Emails are ignored, no contact is made when requested, and the telephone operators are a complete waste of space. There is something very suspicious about a company that does not allow contact from customers, and I intend to do my utmost to find out what is is. At present, I have been delivered lenses different to that ordered, and of no use whatsoever, I am also out of pocket for the cost - don't go near this company with a barge pole, they are an absolute disgrace.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I ordered lenses in September and they were not delivered til November. I then returned them following the process emailed to me by one of their staff and it is now the end of January 2009 and I STILL have not been refunded my money. EVEN AFTER EMAILING AT LEAST 15 TIMES

I have ordered from ContactForLenses 3 times.I believe their prices are competitive with other online retailers. Our lenses arrived quickly. I concur with another reviewer though that businesses should provide phone numbers to be contacted on. I haven't had cause to complain about this retailer, but I wanted to ask a question and my email has - so far - remained unanswered for days.

I ordered contact lenses from this website on 6th August 2007 because I was running out and their website promised delivery within 3 - 5 days...one month later on 3rd September I am sitting here and they still haven't arrived and I have been given no explanation, just a repeated series of pathetic messages that they are on their way to me. The other really irritating thing about this website is that the business is based in Guernsey (most of these businesses are offshore) and they effectively have no accountability as they provide only an 'info@' email address and a fax no. as contact details, ie. you never get to talk or communicate with a human being about your order once placed. I will never order from them again, as I have never received such appalling lack of service from any online retailer.
