i am experiencing rubbish service from ICICI Bank. Two years back I relocated from Saudi Arabia to UK but this stupid Bank officials have not changed my address despite applying thrice for change of address along with all visa documents. Even I cannot use internet banking because all my documents including the password are send to Saudi which I cannot retrieve. Finally, I have decided to stop using ICICI Bank Service. Nowadays, I don't feel safe to keep my money with this unprofessional Bank!!!

with today's rate change this savings account is really standing out now. There's not many places savers can put their money at the moment but I've benn impressed with the consistency of this savings account

Have been with ICICI for some time now. Have a HISAVE account and a 7% fixed term account. Had no problems opening either account and have excellent customer service

tried to open a savings account and got accused of being a fraudster, my appeal to further the application process was not even heard by the bank

I've just spotted ICICI Bank on the latest ratings - I think they offer excellent rates for savers worried about where to invest their money in the current market, especially their 7.2% 1 year bond.

I have been a customer of ICICI bank for a number of years now and they have continuously provided me with top savings rates. With the current problems in the UK they seem pretty safe too!
