Lovely toys - lots of quality, old-fashioned things which are difficult to find. Some are bit on the pricey side, but the quality probably justifies this. Have bought in the shop and online and found the service good, especially online. An error came up on my transaction and I wasn't sure whether it had gone through ok. I emailed Faraway tree and received an individual response by return - it was all sorted within minutes. Goes to show that it is often so much easier to shop at a small, independent retailer rather than a big firm with horrendous customer service systems.
