A bit of a bare bones, sometimes painful, shopping experience although one cant fault them for always having the best offers on kids toys

Was given a foreign coin that looked like a £2 one in change. I returned a week later and explained the situation. Was given a genuine £2 coin in exchange without any quibbles.

customer service sucks, could be my fault for buying rubbish in the first place but all they wanted to do was change it for more rubbish very very hard work to get a refund
