For a number of years I have been bemoaning the decline of any personal contact at my bank. However, its seems that RBS have just re-introduced a similar system - I've just had a call from my new personal contact from Private Banking Direct who was very helpful and knowlegeable. It's great to have a personal contact again as I now know who to speak to when I've got a question about my account.
