Worst hosts I've ever encountered. Bordering on a scam operation designed to take as much money off you as possible, while delivering as little service as possible. These people are nothing more than thieves

Streamline.net are incompetent. Actually worse - they deliberately manipulate customers out of money using dubious tactics. It’s very common for credit cards to be billed without notice and without reason. Once you realise what terrible service they provide and what shoddy hosting you’ve bought it’s too late - cancelling your account is almost impossible and you are held to ransom if your credit card details aren’t up-to-date. Avoid, or mark my words: you’ll regret it

Don't even take their "Free trial" like I did!. I cancelled about 3 hours into the free trial and was still billed £80 a few months later for 2 years full subscription. Asking for refund gets you knowhere. Emails result in being pointed at their online ticket system. Customer service is non-existant. I'm pretty sure they use automatic responders as responses on their online ticketing system. Claw bank at bank and involvement of Tranding Standards is the only way to get a response out of them. It's fraud, as are the other companies in this group. Just stay well clear and NEVER give them your card details. If you email the company owner to try to resolve your issues you will probably receive threats of volence.
