The most expensive council tax outside of Kensington and now they are issuing parking tickets for stopping (not parking) in an area marked 'loading'. Plus there's the new contolled parking zone voted against by 2/3 of residents. And finally after years of greener-than-thou promotional leaflets they are accepting cardboard to recycle. Rubbish!!

I wonder how they are spending it because if you need social services they will rip you off pretending not charging then sending a bill to render a heart attack . Otherwise why is Leader attending all the funerals? I expect he is rubbing his hands .
