Received a plant as a Christmas present on Dec 5 - half dead on arrival and completely dead by Christmas. I wrote to customer care on Dec 10 - have heard nothing so far (Jan 5). Thanks for the email address - I'll try that. This is the second time I've been sent a dying plant by T&M.

Having responded to promotion leaflet sent through the post, I did not receive the 3 free clematis that were offered if all requirements where fulfilled. When I enquired about it I was told it was my own fault I never got them as I did not put the order number down. I had telephoned the company priour to submitting the order online and questioned the fact the item number was not listed. I was told a note would be added to my details which they have a record of and I would receive the free items when my order was submitted. This did not happen and consequently will not be doing business with Thyompson Morgan again

For 2 years I have been ringing the customer line and sending my change of address and they still keep sending catalogues to my old address.
