Be very careful buying shoes from Office online. In fact, I would strongly advise anybody not to do so at all. By their own admission, the sizes they advertise on their website are not the sizes of the shoes themselves. So, when they are delivered, you have to go to all the hassle of sending them back for a refund or replacement. In my case, they admitted they did not, and never have had the shoe size I ordered (see below): "The espadrilles are sized differently from the size guide on our website as different manufacturers have different size guides. On our website a size 11 is an Eu45 and a size 12 is an Eu46 but with the espadrilles an Eu45 is 10.5 and a Eu46 is an 11. A UK size 11 is the biggest size the espadrilles are sold in. So when you put an order through for a size 11 and 12 you will receive a size 10.5 and 11." (17 Nov 2009). So, they admitted they did not stock the size 12 as advertised on their website. Further, their customer support people are rude and unfriendly. Don't touch them with a bargepole!

I bought some leather ballet pumps from office on mon as i walked down the street in them i slipped 3 times as the souls were so slippy and it was v embarrasing! I went back to see the manager and he informed me this happens a lot and that ishould go next door to the shoe repairers and get a non slip sole on! the woman in timpsons said this happens all the time !! so ten pounds later i have new soles on my new soles!! I am really not happy !! so i call customer service to say i am not happy about having to have new soles put on my new shoes! she tells me to write in and complain , when i am asking what difference it would make if i write in she puts the phone down on me !! and now i cant get back through, i work in retail and have done for 15 years i wouldnt sell a blouse and say before you wear it sew all the buttons on !it will cost a tenner but if you dont want to look a pratt wear it!! I am furious!!

I couldn't find the right size in their stores so I ordered online. Their new site is very well done and the online buying/delivery process was seamless.
