I am writing here with regards to a wrong billing that has taken place on my mobile phone account . I have been chasing for the refund of £397.24 for nearly the last 2 months and have not seen the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ yet. Every time I try for getting the refund, I am being promised that it has been authorized and will be in my account shortly. I don’t even get to talk to anyone beyond your second level - Fanatical Team. I am extremely frustrated and find the service levels appalling. I hope my complaint here will help in the issue being sorted and the amount being refunded to my account immediately.

Tried to buy a Sony Ericcson mobile phone from their website, sadly their operaters could not see what ,I the customer, was seeing and despite the fact that it was a glitch with there site the operatives they were SO Rude and unhelpful. The site took my credit card twice and they wouldn't believe me, had to ring my bank blah, blah. Took nearly 4 hours of my time ,at this end of this I still didn't have a phone and I demanded to speak to a supervisor about the appauling treatment....got phone put down on me. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

Also my worst customer experience ever: cynical, arrogant and incompetent. An outrage when O2 Customer Services itself, divested of the Carphone Warehouse cloak, is so utterly the opposite - and so much cheaper. Charles Dunstone has a lot to answer for (but I've written to him and he doesn't).

Awful, bumbling customer service, where you talk to different agents, who all promise different things and don't deliver, and all refute what you have been previously told. Made a complaint and didn't get contacted about it after an initial call to clarify details. My worst customer service experience ever.
